Abbiamo sempre investito nel futuro!
Lo abbiamo fatto nel costante tentativo di uscire dallo schema tradizionale di “studio legale” che tutti conoscono, fatto di atti giudiziari e udienze presso i più svariati Tribunali e Corti d’Italia. Abbiamo sempre investito nel futuro, un po’ per distinguerci dagli altri, nella consapevolezza che la professione dell’avvocato, così come la si faceva anche solo quindici anni fa, è radicalmente cambiata, ma, soprattutto, perché spinti dalla sempre forte curiosità che dal primo giorno ci ha divorati. Lo abbiamo fatto prima studiando e, poi, diventando esperti in materia di responsabilità penale degli Enti (231) e lo abbiamo continuato a fare in materia di protezione dei dati personali (GDPR).
Da qualche mese lo Studio ha intrapreso una nuova sfida che, in questo caso, può anche dirsi una “scommessa”!
Stiamo investendo nella BLOCKCHAIN e nel suo futuro.
Crediamo, anzi, siamo certi di essere ormai entrati in una nuova rivoluzione industriale, i cui motori semoventi sono l’AI (Intelligenza Artificiale), il Metaverso, la Realtà Aumentata, il 5G e la Blockchain e, tutti insieme, formano il web 4.0, che, a sua volta, sta dando vita al Web ubiquo. Questa nuova fucina tecnologica, detta, appunto, u-marketing, rappresenta il mercato “presente ovunque” caratterizzato da un sempre minore confine tra il reale e il virtuale: una realtà immersiva destinata a cambiare totalmente i rapporti umani. Non sta a noi soppesare le conseguenze etiche, che pure ci affascinano, di questa grande rivoluzione, ma è facile immaginare, sin d’ora, le illimitate implicazioni socio – giuridiche e, soprattutto, le innumerevoli e innovative possibilità d’impresa.
Per essere all’altezza della sfida, abbiamo siglato un accordo di collaborazione definito BChainLab insieme ad altri pioneristici professionisti, non solo avvocati, ma anche ingegneri informatici, commercialisti e fiscalisti in materia di criptovalute e tecnici di settore e ciò per creare un laboratorio di idee proiettato non solo a trovare nuove applicazioni, ma anche, se non soprattutto, a offrire ai nuovi clienti un supporto tecnico qualificato, di natura info-giuridica, capace di aiutarli nell’attività d’impresa, negli investimenti finanziari, nell’attività di trading, per consentire a tutti di approcciare scelte più idonee o per costruire un’interpretazione giuridica sostenibile che riporti questi nuovi strumenti alla comprensione del mercato e delle persone comuni, oppure della PA, o anche dell’Agenzia delle Entrate e, quindi, delle aule di giustizia.
Nella redazione degli smart contract, applicativo della blockchain, abbiamo trovato un nuovo spazio professionale ed unitamente ai tecnici informatici specializzati, adesso, siamo in grado di offrire la migliore consulenza nel settore, in base allo stato dell’arte e alla normativa di riferimento, nazionale e transnazionale.

To meet the challenge, we have signed a cooperation agreement called BChainLab with other pioneering professionals, not only lawyers, but also computer engineers, accountants, tax experts in the field of cryptocurrencies and industry technicians, in order to create a laboratory of ideas aimed not only at finding new applications, but also, and above all, at offering new clients a qualified info-legal technical support that can help them in their business activities, financial investments, trading activities, to allow everyone to approach more suitable choices or to build a sustainable legal interpretation that brings these new tools to the understanding of the market and ordinary people, or the public administration, or even the Tax Agency and, therefore, the courts.
